1. Right to Cancel(/Revoke)
You have the right to cancel this contract within 5 days from the date of receipt of the item without giving any reason.
2. Cancellation Period
The cancellation period will expire after 5 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

4. The Cancellation Deadline
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
5. Effects of Cancellation
If you revoke this contract within the 5 day period, we will refund all payments that we received from you, EXCLUDING delivery costs and additional costs, that result from your choice of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer. For the refund we will use the same payment method which you originally used for this transaction unless we expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will be charged a $15.00 re-stocking fee. You will be responsible for all shipping/costs fees of returning the goods. See Cost of Return Shipping #8 below.
6. Right of Retention
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
7. Return Shipping
You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 5 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
8. Costs of Return Shipping
You will have to bear the direct shipping costs/fees of returning the goods.
9. Value Replacement for the Delivery of Goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
